The staff here at this clinic are rude to their Clients. I can recall a time where I had to have surgery, when my doctors office called the receptionist who answer the phone she was rude to my doctors office who was trying to proceed moving forward to continue with my surgery. Also Traverse Health Clinic aren't very understanding if you are scheduled and can't get to a phone to cancel if you are having an emergency of any type. they punish you by not scheduling you and putting you on same day appointment if someone cancels. which is totally unfair, unprofessional. situations do happen to anyone they don't care about any of that. Even if you have a death in your family which is something I have and told them. Profit instead of Concern WOW! I don't recommend anyone going to this place. Those of you who love this place you'll see what I am talking about when the staff here do it to you.

Been going here since 2019, friendly staff and not to long wait time. The providers care about your health and work with you on what you want for your health also. Great place highly recommended.

I've been a patient here for about 8 years and have continued to be impressed by the care I've received. The practitioners have always taken as much time as needed to cover whatever is going on. I've always felt that the people who work there are interested in providing care rather than making money.

I have been going to Traverse Health clinic for several years now, although my provider has changed once or twice, any replacement they have hired has gone above and beyond to make me feel just as comfortable as my previous provider. Will be with this clinic for a long time.

Overall, lovely place, provider, Anna NP, and CNA, Bob were thorough, welcoming and with evident professionalism and knowledge. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is the front staff was not so friendly. I know busy is busy but it is a nice gesture of respect to acknowledge another’s presence. When the other gal got off the phone she was so friendly and warm…….so really overall very good experience and I’m happy the Traverse Health Clonic is where I go for primary care. Maybe I was too quick…….overwhelmed happens to us all sometime.
